Authorized Service Center

We are an authorized service center for a number of manufactures and warranty company. For us to perform service under your warranty, we must work within the constraints of your warranty terms. This means your purchase must have been made from an authorized reseller, you must have a valid sales receipt, and you must be within the warranty period. The only exception is if the warranty company or manufacture contact us to authorize a particular service. Some services such as steam cleaning is not covered by any warranty.

We try our absolute best in providing the fastest services possible. However, there are circumstances which may cause delays such as waiting on the manufacture or warranty company to provide the necessary parts. Such circumstances are outside of out control.

Manufactures do not honor all online sales receipt, therefore, although we are an authorized service center for a particular manufacture there maybe cases where we are unable to service your air-conditioner via the warranty process. In such cases, you should reach out to the manufacture to air any grievance because this is outside our control. Service can still be performed, however, it'll be at your expense.
